License Agreement

01The short version

Everything below is those two sentences, in more words. The same text ships inside the download as LICENSE.txt, so you never have to come back here to read it.

02What you may do

Use the product in personal, client, monetized and commercial video projects, with no limit on the number of finished videos.

Install it on the machines you personally use for your own editing work.

Deliver a finished DaVinci Resolve project or project archive to the specific client it was made for, including title instances already placed in that project’s timelines. That is a delivery, not a transfer: the client may keep and render what you gave them, and anyone who wants to use the product in new work needs their own copy.

03What you may not do

Sell, rent, sublicense, share, upload, mirror or otherwise redistribute the product files — the installer, the .fuse engine, the .drfx bundle, .setting files, presets and scripts — whether on their own or inside another template pack, preset library, course, membership, asset collection or software product.

Remove or alter product identification, branding or license notices inside the files.

Modify the files to build a derivative or competing product for distribution.

Use the files to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop a machine-learning or AI model. Making things with the product is exactly what it is for; feeding the product itself to a model is not.

04Your work is yours

You own the videos, edits and project files you create. Nothing here claims any ownership of your footage, your audio, your branding or your finished work, and there is no credit requirement.

What you bought is a license to use the product. The product itself — the engine, the presets, the artwork — stays mine.

05Machines and activation

A license key activates on up to three machines that you personally use. That is meant to cover a desktop, a laptop and the machine you had to borrow — not a studio.

New machine, reinstalled system, dead drive: write to support@augustovnd.com and I will reset the count. There is no form and no waiting on it.

The plugin checks in once, when you activate. After that it works offline forever, including on a machine that has never been online — and it keeps working if this store one day does not.

06If a purchase is refunded

If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the license it paid for ends and the copies should be deleted. The download link and the key stop working at that point.

That is not a threat, it is the other half of a refund: money back, license back. It applies whoever started it — you, me, or the bank.

07Warranty and liability

The product is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it, or from being unable to.

Nothing here limits rights your local law does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer, a file that is faulty, missing or not what the product page described is covered by the Refund Policy, and no wording on this page changes that.

If any part of this license is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

08Versions of this license

This is v1.1, effective 13 August 2026. It adds two things to v1.0: the AI-training line in section 03, and section 06.

Copies downloaded before that date carry v1.0 inside the zip, and that is the license those copies were sold under. New terms are not applied backwards to a purchase already made.
